The Decision of the Council to spot upzone BCHD site is inconsistent with BCHD CEO and Board Members request to upzone ALL P-I as a matter of equity. It is important that the public see all correspondence in order to understand the backroom dealings, if any.

Please provide all communications between the Planning Director, Mayor, Councilmembers, City Attorney and BCHD that contain "FAR" or "F.A.R." or "1.25" between October 1 and November 10, 2024. This information is required for public distribution sufficient for comments prior to the meeting on December 3, 2024 when the RBCC agenda states a decision will be made.

Specifically, correspondence from 10-1-24 to 11-10-24 inclusive, that contains the following logical information:
