Stop the RB City Council from Destroying BCHD-adjacent Areas

On December 3rd 2024, the Redondo Beach City Council will debate BCHD Spot UPZONING to a Floor Area Ratio of 1.25. BCHD has already stated its intention to build on the edges of the site, at 103-feet tall, devastating the surrounding community in order to allow a private developer to service 80% to 95% NON-RESIDENTS.
