Even we are puzzled at the financial incompetence of BCHD's Board and $2.4M per year Executives

BCHD Public Comment - We have the receipts. We have BCHD proposal. We have BCHD's acceptance. We have a public records act response that says nope ... we didn't do no stinkin' financial analysis of the liability to our District taxpayers. As they often say in politics - you get what you voted for.
