UNLESS WE WEIGH IN WITH THE CITY COUNCIL FREQUENTLY - BCHD AND THE CITY (PUBLIC AGENCIES) WILL CUT THE PUBLIC OUT OF THEIR COMMUNICATIONS UNTIL 10 DAYS BEFORE THE PUBLIC MEETING TO APPROVE BCHD 110-FOOT TALL BUILDING

Feb 24, 2022 - BCHD filed "Pre-Conditional Use Permit (CUP)" with the City of Redondo Beach

Feb/Mar - BCHD and the City are having NON-PUBLIC discussions about the CUP

Mar/Apr - IMPORTANT for the Public to Voice Concerns before the City and BCHD go TOO FAR!

***Comments to Redondo Planning - BCHD PLAN IS INCONSISTENT, INCOMPATIBLE, DOESN'T RESPECT THE NATURAL ELEVATED TERRAIN, DAMAGES SURROUNDING PROPERTIES, DOES NOT PROTECT PROPERTY VALUES!***

***Comments to Redondo Mayor/Council - WE WANT TRANSPARENT DISCUSSIONS AND DOCUMENTS BETWEEN THE CITY & BCHD! This is IMPORTANT. Thay can HIDE from the PUBLIC until 10 Days before the Public Hearing in Aug/Sep Timeframe unless WE ACT!***

Late Mar/Early Apr - City will provide NON-PUBLIC directions to BCHD for CUP filing

Apr/Early May (est.) - BCHD files formal Conditional Use Permit

​

***We will formally request the CUP filing and continue to pressure the Council to be TRANSPARENT!  If we get the CUP, we will quickly analyze and write comments to share and send to Redondo Planning and Council***

Apr/May (est.) - IMPORTANT for the Public to Voice Concerns over BCHD CUP filing

***Comments to Redondo Planning and Council on the INCOMPATIBLE/INCONSISTENT/IRRESPONSIBLE BCHD PLAN (details after we see the formal submitted CUP)***

May 25, 2022 - BCHD selects the DEVELOPER/OWNER/OPERATOR for the 110-foot tall, 300,000 sqft senior living (BCHD will just rent them our public land)

Jun - City will provide NON-PUBLIC comments to BCHD regarding CUP filing

Aug/Sep (est) - 10 day notice for Redondo Planning CUP/PCDR concurrent hearing
